Enixo Studio is a brand operated by Digiqal Technologies Private Limited ("Enixo", "we", "us", "our"), based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through this website (enixo.in), why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the rights available to you under Indian law — principally the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under it.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us directly
When you submit the "Pitch to us" form, we collect your name, email address, mobile number, the service you're interested in, and the message you write. We collect this only when you choose to submit it.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we automatically receive some technical information when you visit — your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page, and approximate location (city/country level). This is collected via cookies and similar technologies through the analytics tools listed below.
2. Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to understand how visitors use it and to keep it running smoothly. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies via the banner shown on your first visit, and change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's cookies for this site.
We currently use the following third-party analytics and measurement services, each of which may set its own cookies and process data under its own privacy policy:
- Google Analytics / Google Tag (Google LLC)
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation)
- Yandex Metrika (Yandex LLC)
These providers may process data on servers located outside India. We only use them for aggregate analytics (understanding traffic and site usage) — none of them are used to identify you personally in the ordinary course of using this site.
3. How we use your information
We use the information collected to:
- Respond to pitches and enquiries submitted through this website
- Understand and improve how the website is used
- Detect and prevent spam or abusive submissions (via our security check / honeypot on the pitch form)
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
We do not use the information you submit through the pitch form for marketing emails unless you separately opt in elsewhere (e.g. a newsletter signup), and we do not sell your personal data to anyone.
4. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share information with: (a) the analytics service providers listed in Section 2, strictly for the purposes described; (b) our internal team members who need it to respond to your enquiry; and (c) law enforcement, courts, or regulators where we are legally required to disclose it.
5. Data retention
We retain pitch/enquiry submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and maintain business records, and no longer than necessary for the purpose it was collected for, unless a longer period is required by law. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 7).
6. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data we hold from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, consistent with the requirements of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the SPDI Rules, 2011. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, 2023, as a data principal you have the right to:
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it's being processed
- Request correction or updating of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request erasure of your personal data, unless we're required to retain it by law
- Withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it
- Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity
- Register a grievance regarding how your data is handled
To exercise any of these rights, write to us at studio@enixo.in. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law.
8. Children's privacy
This website and our services are intended for businesses and individuals above 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
9. Grievance redressal

You may also have the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India, once operational, if you're not satisfied with our response.
